Terms and Conditions for

The Boho Styling Co

The Boho Styling Co provides goods and services to clients subject to these Terms and Conditions. In Paying the deposit the Client indicates that they agree to the Terms and Condition of Hire. Should the deposit not be paid by the due date the hire company has the right the hire the equipment to another client.

Quotations

All quotes provided to the client will expire within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. The Boho Styling Co reserves the right to adjust prices in any quotation once the expiry period has passed and if required will issue a new quote. Items are hired on a first in, first served basis and a quotation does not guarantee the availability of any or all items. The offer to provide goods and services in the accordance with the quote is not binding until The Boho Styling Co have confirmed acceptance of the order and a deposit is paid.

Condition of Hire

A minimum of 30% of the agreed order price (invoice) is required to secure all client bookings.

All deposits paid to The Boho Styling Co will be deducted from the clients invoice and are non-refundable once a booking has been made and confirmed by The Boho Styling Co.

The Final Balance is required 14 days prior to the event date.

Bookings made within 6 months prior to the event date require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the services and or hire items.

Please note should the final payment not be made within the 14 days prior the hire company reserves the right to no longer supply and equipment for the event. No deposit will be returned should this occur.

Hiring of the items begins from the date specified by the hire company and should be collected or returned to the hire company by the specified date. Any extension of the hire period need to be agreed by the client and the company and may incur additional fees.

In Paying the deposit the Client indicates that they agree to the Terms and Condition of Hire. Should the deposit not be paid by the due date the hire company has the right the hire the equipment to another client.

Deposit, Invoices and Payments

A minimum of 30% of the agreed order price (invoice) is required to secure all client bookings.

All deposits paid to The Boho Styling Co will be deducted from the clients invoice and are non-refundable once a booking has been made and confirmed by The Boho Styling Co.

The Final Balance is required 14 days prior to the event date.

Bookings made within 6 months prior to the event date require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the services and or hire items.

Security Bond

The hire company reserves the right to request a security bond. The bond amount will be determined by final invoiced cost and is due 14 days prior to the event date together with the final payment.

Any damaged, broken and or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost. Cleaning costs will then be deducted from the bond amount.

The security bond will be refunded within 7 days from the event date as long as all items are returned and are in the same condition they were hired in.

Cancellation Policy

The client has the right to cancel their booking at any time however please note the cancellation fee will occur should this happen. Cancellations are not valid unless a written notice can be provided by the way of email or letter and is acknowledged by the hire company.

The 30% deposit at time of booking is non-refundable

Should the event be cancelled within 7days of the event date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost. Bookings cancelled within 14 days (to 8 days prior) of the event date will be charged 70% of the total booking cost. Bookings cancelled within 60 days (to 15 days prior) will be charged 40% of the total booking cost.

Cancellation of bookings due to weather is still subject to the cancellation policy above. The Boho Styling Co is no way responsible for weather conditions that may cause the client to cancel their booking.

Damage, Lost or Stolen

The Boho Styling Co must be notified immediately of any equipment loss or damage during the hire period. The Client indemnifies The Boho Styling Co in respect of all such loss or damages. The Client mush pay The Boho Styling Co on demand.

Returns

It is the clients responsibility to ensure all items are returned in the condition they were hired in.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure all crockery, glassware, lines and hire items cleaned after use. If said items were hired including delivery and pack down we have the right to charge cleaning cost.

If items are not returned, or are broken upon return, the client will be charge a replacement fee for such item or items.

Delivery Set up and Pack Down

If items are dropped off in a unsatisfactory condition (unclean or damaged) the client should advise the hire company within 3 hours of delivery

A fee will be charged for the delivery setup and pack down of our equipment. The fee will be determined by the distance travelled and amount of equipment hired, amount of setup required and installation time. This fee may be subject to change should the client change the items hired.

Public Spaces

The Boho Styling Co does not accept responsibility for the approval of Local Council Beach or Park applications. Applications to the council as well as abiding by the council rules and regulations are the sole responsibility of the clients. Ensuring all outdoor, indoor event setups are in accordance with the Local Council, or a venues rules and regulations is the responsibility of the client.

Fines

In the Event the The Boho Styling Co is issued a fine due to the instruction of the client, the fine will be payable by the client.

Social Media & Marketing

The Boho Styling Co reserve the right to use images taken by The Boho Styling Co employees of any of our hire items for promotional material or use on The Boho Styling Co social media and websites, which includes the setup of hire equipment.

Disclaimer

The Boho Styling Co is no way to be held responsible or accountable for any injury, death or loss of income caused to the client , any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services by the hire company.

The Client accepts and understands that all hire items are in a used condition (unless stated otherwise) and therefore some items show reasonable signs of wear and tear given they are continual hire items.
